How come so many people have custom avatars, but they don't have a emerald account?
The reason so many people have avatars, is because of a glitch that happened, the site had a issue where nobody could access it, it had the 'billing' problem. After the few days of nobody having access, Excel gave everybody a free week of Emerald access, they had all privledges, except getting a trophy, and access to the emerald forum.
