Send, post, or distribute any illegal material. Anything illegal offline is illegal on this website.

You may not have more than one account. Any multiple accounts will be suspended right away.

Do not attempt to acquire members or Herupets' Staff to work for your website.

Spamming the forums, chatrooms, Heru-messaging or any other form messaging we have is prohibited. SPAM is considered a message containing of less than 3 words or double posting. (Smilies do NOT count as words) Chain mails are also against the rules. Please do not disrupt the chatting within herupets.

We do not allow you to sell "Pets", "Items", "HeruCoins" or any other thing of the sort for any offline or online currency.

You may not impersonate another person, pretend that you are a Herupets staff, or attempt to mislead users by indicating that you represent herupets.

If you find a glitch, report it to the administration IMMEDIATELY. If we catch ANYONE abusing a glitch, they will be frozen without hesitation.

Using chatspeak and 1337 talk is against the rules. You will receive a warning for the first offense. The second offense is suspention of an account for 2 weeks. The last offense is a permanent ban.

Discussing any warned, suspended, or banned members is not allowed. The only people allowed to discuss this is administrators and monitors/moderators.

Any subject dealing with religion or politics is not allowed. This will result in a warning and then if seen again a ban.

Vulgarity, sexual, racial, harmfull, offensive and rude content (including links to bad websites) what so ever is not tolerated. This results in a suspention without hesitation.

Mentioning or advertising competing websites or programs of the "virtual pet site" genre is not allowed.

Attempting to get anothers password, full name or any other personal information is against the rules. Remember the Herupets staff will NEVER ask you for your password. Don't give any information you don't feel comfortable giving out.

You may not steal, alter, or use any Herupets images, names, or anything dealing with Herupets without written permission. If it is a fansite (fanwork) or a work of that affair, you MUST put a link to Herupets, as well as this copyright disclaimer (© Herupets.com All Rights Reserved! This content was used with permission.). We do know our rights and will use them to the full extent of the law. NOTE: This is illegal and punishable by law.

Your signature for the forums must be at a some what small size. Any signatures larger than 400px in width and 200px in height will be removed right away.

Hacking, or using any other programs to cheat in this game is not allowed. You will be banned right away!
